Reinhart Michalke, born in 1971, has practised law since 2001. He was accredited as specialist for criminal law (Fachanwalt für Strafrecht) in 2004.
Born and raised in Munich, Mr. Michalke studied political sciences and law in Bamberg and Passau. During his studies he began to specialize on criminal tax law.
After completing his training in Munich, he started to focus on criminal law in a leading Munich law office. In 2007, he joined a Munich law firm as a partner. In 2018, Mr. Michalke and Ms. Rosskopf founded MichalkeRosskopf.
Mr. Michalke advises companies and individuals. He has many years of forensic experience as a defense lawyer in all areas of criminal law. He has a vast experience in advising white collar, corporate crime and criminal tax law. He counsels in cases of alleged tax fraud, bribery and corruption, of charges with embezzlement, money laundering and insider trading.
He trains specialists for criminal law at the Academy of the German Bar Association (DeutscheAnwaltAkademie). He has been appointed guest lecturer on trainee lawyer courses at the Munich Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer München) and the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice (Bayerisches Staatsministerium der Justiz).
Reinhart Michalke is a member of the leading law associations: WisteV, a corporate criminal law association, DZWiSt, a legal society on white collar and criminal tax law, DeutscherAnwaltVerein, the German bar association, Arbeitsgemeinschaft Strafrecht and Arbeitsgemeinschaft Informationstechnologie, the criminal law and IT law work groups and Munich Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer München).
German business weekly magazine “WirtschaftsWoche” Vol. 13/2022 enumerates Reinhart Michalke again as one of the most renowned lawyers in white collar criminal defense.
“FOCUS” Vol. 37/2023 and “FOCUS-SPEZIAL – Recht & Rat” magazine count Reinhart Michalke one of the “Top Lawyers” in Criminal Law again.
